Incised on a large slab set in the marble pavement of the church.

Physical description : 

Five fragmentary lines incised on a broken large marble slab. The opening of the inscription and the right part of all the lines but the last one are missing. A palm branch and a cross are engraved at the end of the last line. Average height of characters 2.1 cm, all of them with triangular apices.
