On a building stone, forming part of the left jamb of the door leading from the northern aisle to a room to the north of it. Found in situ, partly plastered over.
A building stone. The inscribed area measures 30x18 cm. The letters, 1.2-2.2 cm high, were engraved with a finely pointed tool. The text begins with a cross and there is a palm branch at the sixth line. Readings of lines 1-2 and 5 are doubtful.

ΣΑΝ̣Η̣ΧΡ̣Ι̣Σ̣Τ̣ΟΥΧΙ̣ΤΑΣ̣ΟΝ
Κ(ύρι)ε ὁ Θ(εὸ)ς τοῦ ἁγίου Θεοδώ-
4 ρου τὰς καρδίας ἡμῶν
εἰς τὼ ΟΙΜΙΝ κὲ δοξάζι.

τὼν γράψαστα.

Two other building stones were found, Negev nos. 23-24, with undecipherable fragments of inscriptions.
