κάριος Κασισέος
[Ἀβ]δάλγου μηνὶ
4 Πανέμου ιδʹ ἰνδ(ικτιῶνος)
ςʹ ἔτους υπγʹ. ☩
Translation:
The blessed Kasiseos (son) of Abdalgos was laid to rest in the month of Panemos, the 14th, in the 6th indiction, year 483.
