In a salvage excavation in 2006, remains of mosaic pavements in a poor state of preservation, some ruined by modern day construction work, were uncovered. A tomb dating to the Byzantine period was found as well. The total area covered with the mosaics, consisting of several separate floors has a circumference of ca. 40 m, indicating a large complex with several rooms.
