Composition: 
The diaconicon (9.5 x 3.4 m) to the south wall of the church, is paved with three colorful mosaic panels of different sizes on a white background. Each carpet is embellished with a row of F and contains Croslets at the corners. The northern carpet (4.3 x2.2 m) has a border of A1, A5-A6 and a field (J1) made out of square medallions with an E motif at the center. The central carpet (0.7 x 1.8 m) is composed of two adjacent rectangles, concentric triangles are placed in the outer quadrant. Each triangle contains a rhomb with a circle divided into quadrants at its center with four volutes (I15) extending from it. Another badly damaged panel contains a bird and a vine scroll in the corner. The southern carpet (2.1 x 2.1) has a border of A2 and a file of H1 with E or D motifs in the squares. the southwest corner contains a possibly repaired H7.
