60-70 pr dm in the field, 110 per dm for the animals, 25 per dm for the area repair.
Composition: 
The central carpet is framed by a band (B11, A5-A6, A1) consisting of five columns of medallions that contain depictions of birds, flower motifs and scattered branches and bunches of grapes. Eight figures have been identified: An elephant, a duck, a rabbit, a donkey, a fish, a barn owl,a cock and a partridge. Larger white tesserae were used to fill the damaged areas .

Comments: 
During the 6th century a wall was built on top of the mosaics, separating the narthex from the nave. The current mosaic is a remnant of a larger one from an earlier stage.
