Ma'ale Adumim; Kh. Murassas - Chapel of the Three Priests

General description: 

 A chapel (6.7 x 4.8 m),located at the west end of the monastery's southeastern wing . The chapel's roof was supported by two arches. It was paved with a well-preserved colorful mosaic containing an inscription in Greek within a tabula ansata, mentioning three priests. Adorned with a mosaic pavement, a small apse was incorporated into the eastern wall of the chapel, over the mosaic at a later stage.

History: 

Initially, the chapel was meant to serve as an entrance to the monastery as suggested by the large pavement tiles and stables.
