          ☩ Κ(ύρι)ε ὁ Θ(εὸ)ς τῶν δυνάμεων διατήρησον

          (καὶ) διαφύλαξον τὸν δοῦλόν σου Δημήτρι(ο)ν δ(ιάκονον)

          (καὶ) Γεοργί(ο)ν ὑιὸν (καὶ) Χαλοῦν μητήραν καὶ

4        Ματρώναν σύνβ(ιον) (καὶ) Θεοδώραν (καὶ) Νονοῦν

          (καὶ) Εὐδοκίαν (καὶ) Χριστίναν θυγατήρων

          (καὶ) Ἰαυνοῦν (καὶ) Κατοῦν (καὶ) Κίραν ἀδελφὰς καὶ

          Ἐμεδάβους καὶ Γωφνὰν (καὶ) Σουσάναν.

Translation: 

O Lord God of Hosts, observe and guard your servant Demetrios the deacon, Georgios his son, Chalous his mother and Matrona his wife, Theodora and Nonous and Eudokia and Christina (some of?) his daughters, Iaunous and Katous and Kira his sisters, and Emedabous and Gophna and Sousana. (Ashkenazi)

Commentary:
