Location: 

In the mosaic pavement of a small room north of the narthex, between its northern end and the western wall of the attached chapel / "diaconicon". Built in Stage 2.

Physical description : 

Fragmentary mosaic inscription (2 of 3 lines remain) set in a tabula ansata (75 cm long without handles) and oriented north. Text traced in black tesserae on a white background. The rather roughly shaped letters (4-6.5 cm in height) belong to the square alphabet.. Horizontal stroke over nomen sacrum. Stigmas for abbreviation.
