Ὑπὲρ εὐχῆς καὶ σωτηρίας

Ἡσυχίου καὶ Μεγάλου καὶ Προκοπίας

τῶν φιλοχρίστων ἀδελφῶν.

Translation: 

For the prayer and salvation of the Christ-loving siblings Hesychius, Megalas and Procopia.
