Seven-line mosaic inscription within a round medallion. The border of the medallion consists of ivy leaves, conches and geometric motifs.

ρ[ὰ] Ἰωάνν(ου) ὑπο-
διακ(όνου) (καὶ) περιοδ(ευτοῦ) ὑπὲ[ρ]
4 ἀναπαύσεως τῶ-
[ν] αὐτ(οῦ) γονέων (καὶ) ἀ-
δελφ(ῶν) (καὶ) εὐτέ-
[κ]νων.
Translation:
Offering of John the subdeacon and periodeutes for the reopse of his parents (and) brothers (and the) good children. (Madden)
