Summary:
Building inscription within a rectangular frame, in the central mosaic carpet of the diaconicon, 530 AD.
Year 590 (era of Gaza) = 530 AD. Saliou discusses the possibility to read the koppa in l.8 as a stigma, giving 446 AD, but this would not suit the known time of the bishophric of Marcianus. The last two letters of the inscription are enigmatic: perhaps a month name (February), but similar abbreviations (without the usual ἐν μηνί) are unattested, and ἔτους φε´, i. e. year 505 (445 AD) seems impossible.
