Παῦλος Οὐλπια-

νοῦ μωνάζων κ(αὶ) Φ-

λαία κ(αὶ) Μαρύα.

Translation:

On behalf of the salvation. Paulus (son) of Ulpianus, monk, and Flavia, and Marya. (CIIP)
