Damaged seven-line mosaic inscription within a medallion; a lozenge above the first line; white background, but multi-colored tesserae are used for the letters.
Meas.: letters 6.4-7.2 cm.

Under the most God-loving priest and abbot Salaon were these (things) furnished with mosaic, in the month of Xanthikos, year 654, indiction 12. (CIIP)
