In one of the rock-cut rooms, on the plaster covering an arch at the entrance, immediately above Inscription no. 1. This room has not been excavated, so that the inscriptions are seen today near the floor. (Figueras)

Physical description : 

Dipinto, written in dark red and large Greek cursive characters. Transcribed by from photos took many years ago, even though many letters and whole words have been entirely effaced. (Figueras)

τὸν δοῦλο[ν σ]οῦ Ουαελος Θ[--] [τ]ὸν Εὐ[--?]

[ἰ]νδ(ικτιῶνος) ια΄, ἔτους υογ΄ [--]

Translation: 

[Oh Lord] God, save and help and have mercy upon your servant Ouaelos (son of) Th …, Eu… the 11 (year) of the indiction, the year 473 …  (Figueras)
