Five-line mosaic inscription in a round medallion within a square frame. The inscription begins with a cross.

ἀναπαύσε-

ος Πορφυρίου

καὶ Ἰακκόβο-

υ ἀδελφ(ο)ῦ.

Translation: 

For the rest of Prophyrios and Jacob (his? a?) brother. (Andersen)
