Discussion: 
Although the site has not been excavated, the surveyed remains seem to point to its having been a monastery. The plan identified by the surveys gives some credence to the suggestion. However, this might have been a farmstead. Only further investigation of the site can help to ascertain the structure's function.

The site forms a compact structure encompassed by a wall although no measurements of its encompassing walls were reported.

Gate/s: 

The structure was entered from the east via a long, narrow corridor.

Courtyards: 

A central courtyard, surrounded by rooms with a cistern in its center.

Churche/s: 

An elongated hall with an east-west orientation was identified as a chapel or church by the surveyors.

In the central courtyard.
