In the mosaic pavement of the "Inscriptions Hall" built north of the atrium in subphase a of Stage 1, on the western border of the central rectangular panel. To be read looking west.

Physical description : 

One-line mosaic inscription (241 cm long), beginning with a cross. Letters range in size from 10 cm for the straight letters to 6 or even 5 cm for the round ones and they exhibit the same mixture of the round and square alphabets that characterizes Inscription 3.  Nomen sacrum abbreviated with a horizontal line over second letter only. Lifted and inverted stigma marks the truncated final word.

Translation: 

Lord, remember the deacon Salaon, the steward.
