The inscription is traced in black tesserae on a white background, within a black frame measuring 50x385 cm. The letters are an average 9 cm high and belong to the round alphabet. The left part of all three lines is damaged. A diagonal stroke and a stigma are used as abbreviation marks. The numerals are marked with a horizontal stroke. The iota in the word ἰνδικτίονος has trema. The text begins with a cross.
