Four-line mosaic incscription within a tabula ansata. The last two lines are severly damaged.

Ύπὲρ σωτηρίας

τῶν καρποφορούν-

των κ(αὶ) [καρποφο-]

ρησάν̣[των - - -].

Translation: 

For the salvation of those who give offerings and of those who gave offerings. (Tzaferis)
