Ἐπὶ Στεφάνου παραμοναρ(ίου) (καὶ) πρεσβ(υτέρου) ἐτελιώθη τὸ ἔργον τοῦτο.

Translation:

In the time of Stephanos the paramonarios the priest this work was completed. (Tzaferis)
