      [καὶ κ]αρποφορίας

      [--]ου, τοῦ διακ(όνου),

4    καὶ παντὸς τοῦ

      οἴκου αὐτοῦ. (palm branch)

Translation: 

For the salvation and offering of … us, the deacon, and all his house. (CIIP)
