        [Ἐπὶ Λεοντίου ἡμῶ]ν ἐπισκόπου

        [καὶ Ρεστιτουτ]υ χωρ{ω}επισκόπου

        [κ(αὶ) Σαβίνου πρεσβυτέρο]υ κ(αὶ) Γερμανῷ (καὶ) Ζαννίῳ

4      [(καὶ) - - - - - (καὶ) ? Νεστά]βῳ (καὶ) Αἰανῳ δια[κ(όνοις)]

        [ἐτελειώθη καὶ ἐψηφ]ώθη τὸ φωτηστή[ρι(ο)ν.]

Translation: 

[In the time of our] bishop [Leontius and of Restututus?] chorepiscopus [and Sabinus priest?] and Germanus and Zannios [and - - and Nesta]bos? and Aianos deacons the baptistery [was completed and] paved with mosaics.

Commentary: 

Note the shift from genitive to dative in the list of the deacons. For the spelling χωροεπίσκοπος, see Hazor Ashod, Kh. Karkara.
