Μνήσθητη, Κύ(ρι)ε,
τ⟨ο͂ν δ⟩ούλον σου ΜΝΧΑ
+ΑΡΑΩΤΗΣ ☩
Remember, Lord, your servants …
L.2: ΤΟΥΛΟΝΣΟΥ = τ⟨ὸν δ⟩οῦλον Mader, τ⟨ο͂ν δ⟩ούλον CIIP; ΜΝΧ = μοναχοῦ Mader; ll.2-3: Ἀ|ν̣δράῳ Mader; l.3: “The ligature at the end of the third line is very doubtful; it is possible that by the three vertical and two horizontal strokes the letters ΜΝΗ of the word ΜΟΝΗΣ are intended” Mader, ☩ CIIP.
Mader therefore tentatively translated: "Remember, O Lord, thy servant, the monk Andrew (from the Monastery?)."
Invocation of the Lord on behalf of Andrew (?) the monk (?), chiseled on a stone found at the same burial cave.
