Translation: 

On the top of this mountain (i.e. Mount Olivet), and a mile away from the Valley of Jehoshaphat, is the place where the Lord ascended to the Father. The church there is round and has no roof, and in the middle of it, at the place of the Lord's ascension. is an open-air altar at which they celebrate the rites of the Mass.
