<Eustochius, the newly appointed patriarch of Jerusalem, sent three bishops to Constantinople to take his place at the fifth oecumenical council.> He also sent Abba Eulogius (abbot of Theodosius’ monastery), with two other hegumens, Cyriacus of the laura called ‘the Spring’ and Pancratius, a stylite.
