1 Mosaic floor Black, red, shades of brown and yellow. 65-100 pr dm The forepart of the hall is paved with a carpet (6.4 x 4.8 m) in a simple design of diagonal rows of florets within a linear frame of black, red and white. The center of the hall holds a panel with a more complex design of alternating square and round medallions between stripes. The medallions contain various motifs of fruit, sickle, and a parasol. The central field of the carpet is made out of crossing oblique lines and florets. The eastern part of the carpet (towards the alter) holds an inscription within a tabula ansata (3.3 m x 0.3 m). it reads a Greek rendition of the Septuagint of Psalms 105:4-5. 2 Mosaic floor Black, green, red, brown, yellow, orange and beige. 156-100 pr dm. The Bema mosaic contains a floral pattern made out of four-petalled motifs. The border is made out of zigzag pattern surrounding two series of triangles: dark and light. The eastern part of the bema holds a mosaic consisting of an isolated medallion containing an amphora of plain design. 3 Mosaic floor 156 pr dm. A small panel (2.0 x 2.0 m) with a magnificent colorful mosaic is located south of the bema. It consists of intertwined medallions, each framing four florets with a cruciform at its center. This feature is considered rare for a Byzantine mosaic. Avi-Yonah B7, Avi-Yonah B8, Avi-Yonah B11
