Ḥorvat Midras - Church

General description: 

The church was paved with brilliant colerful mosaics with an emphasis on zoomorphic figures in the hall, apse and baptisterium and geometirc patterns in the aisles.

History: 

The colerful mosiacs in the hall are dated to the 6th century (level 4) and probably a later 7th century BC for the Bema and Apse. (level 4II). 

The Atrium is dated to probably earlier date of 4th-6th century.
