Translation: 

Lord help John… Anastasius …

Apparatus: 

L.3 [Ἀ]ναστάσι[ον]: "We prefer the masculine form of the name, considering the strictly monastic character of the cave. A number of women’s names were incised on a rock face just outside the monastery" (Goldfus–Arubas–Alliata).
