General description
State of preservation/which parts were uncovered: 

Basalt built, constructed over the site of a former small Roman tower that was converted to a monastery or a farm. Includes a chapel paved with a mosaic floor of geometric patterns and a Syriac CPA inscription found in Room 2, identified as a chapel (knst) in the inscription. An oven, 1.8 m in diameter, was uncovered as well. Several rooms were built on the esstern side of the inner courtyard. The whole site covers an area of approximately 33 m (west) x 16 m (south) x 22 m (east) x - 17.5 m (north).
