Two units, 11.5x3.65 m in dimensions. Only the foundations were preserved to below sill levels, hence no openings connecting the annex with the aisle can be recognized. On the west there is a third small unit with stone pavers. Added in Phase 2; perhaps contemporary with the renovation of the nave. |
5.6 m wide and 18.5m long. It extends to the entire length of the basilica. To its west there is a stone paved courtyard. The sill is preserved in situ, indicating a 2.8m wide opening. Three pilasters divide the hall into two, lengthwise. Three corresponding pilasters are attached to the northern and southern walls. It was also added in Phase 2; perhaps contemporary with the renovation of the nave. |

Quadrangular chapel |
The northern annex might have been a quadrangular prothesis, the eastern unit being its sanctuary. |

Simple rectangular room |
South of the Church are two interconnected rooms. The eastern might have been a prothesis chapel. It is not clear what was the western room used for. It is presumed to be a baptistery or a storage room. The room dimensions are: 2X7.5 m. In later date, the room was transformed into a cistern. |

The western room annexed on the south. See above. |
Simple rectangular room |
North of the cave Church are two rooms. The eastern room, which served as a burial chamber, was built outside the area of the natural cave. The room's floor is higher than the church and the roof is vaulted. The entrance to the room was through a door in the northern wall. The room contained more than a hundred skeletons and appears to be in use for a long period, till the 7th century. The room's dimensions are: 4.2X4 m. |

Other |
The northern wall of the church contains three large hewn niches, the eastern of which served as a small chapel. |
|
Only the rock cut font can be recognized on the southern side of the cave chapel (see above). It is not clear if it was attached, or formed an integral part of the chapel. Its shape is vague. |

A small rectangular room was attached to the center of the southern aisle with a door leading in from it. The room had two cupboards in its northern wall and a plastered bench, which might belong to a later phase, in its western wall. |

Quadrangular chapel |
According to Alon's plan in IAA archive a two units annex was attached to the church on the south, extending to the entire length of the church. A circular installation in the eastern unit seems to have been the remains of a baptismal font. Of the longer western unit only a short section of the eastern wall and a column base at some 6m to its west was preserved. |

Elongated quadrangular chapel attached on the south with two openings connecting it with the southern aisle, indicating, so it seems, that a screen had divided the chapel into two units. |
